Grates vegetables, fruit and cheese. The perfect size, when you like it cooked or baked quickly (such as when preparing vegetables for soup).

Grates potatoes (especially for rösti and beetroot), but also other vegetables, fruit and cheese for a potato bake.

Cuts vegetables (carrots, potatoes, etc.), fruit (apples), cheese, and cooked eggs in 2-mm thick slices, e.g. for pizzas, fruit and vegetable dishes, etc.
